Is this a subscription?
No. There is nothing recurring. You pay $5 once for the document you want to keep, and you are never charged again unless you choose to unlock another one.
What exactly am I paying for?
Using the tools and reading the result on screen is free. The $5 unlocks the finished file for that specific document — the PDF, Word and text exports, email delivery, and the full clause-by-clause detail on Agreedly Score reports.
Does one payment cover more than one contract?
Each payment unlocks one document. If you analyze a second contract or generate another agreement, that is a separate $5.
Can I download it again later?
Yes — for 30 days, from the same browser you paid in. Ask us to email the file to you at checkout time if you want a permanent copy, or contact support@agreedly.ai with your order confirmation.
Who handles the payment?
Polar (polar.sh) is our payment provider and merchant of record. They process the card, calculate and remit any applicable sales tax or VAT, and send your receipt. Agreedly never sees or stores your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 30 days, for any reason. Email support@agreedly.ai from the address on your receipt and we refund it in full, no questions asked. A refunded unlock stops working here, though anything you already downloaded stays yours. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.
Do you store my contract?
No. Your document stays in your browser — we only ever send a one-way fingerprint of it to the payment provider so we can tell which document you paid for.
